I am dedicated to your beautiful, radiant path of self-expression through the discovery of your voice. Helping you find the voice that wants to be born within & through you. Share my holistic approach to Free Your Voice & heal through creative singing & music. Come enjoy a musical exploration while voicing the sound of your spirit within! This process supports your body and mind in achieving a relaxed state, encouraging you to open your voice and sing your heart into a life of trust. In this gathering, we will: Three segments: Warm up: open to your breath and to sound with ease Improvisation: free your voice Sacred chanting: enter the sacred heart with chanting prayers In these two hours we will share experiences and focus on Somatic practices and utilize the power of music to heal. Prayer – Group Connection – Drum – Music Healing – Song Chanting – Enhance your voice and join the community. You are invited to join the healing circle and experience a unique process. Manaar’s Circles and Healing Events are an opportunity to join with the community. Together we create something as unique as each one of us. The energy of the group is what creates the music. We will chant, call-and-response, do sing-a-longs, and create group improvisation. Spirit will guide us. Please bring YOUR unique presence to this week's gathering.
