Manaar Azreik
Founder
Manaar's mission is to awaken people to their healthy, joyful interdependent living by finding the voice of truth within their heart.
About Manaar:
-
Manaar Azreik is a non-binary Palestinian, American individual with Arab-Christian heritage, born in Beer-Sheva, Israel. She faced challenges related to her identity, gender, social and cultural conflicts.
-
Despite winning the Israeli Judo Championship (1987-1993), she experienced trauma related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, family non-acceptance of her gender complexity, and experiencing a sexual violation by her third grade classroom teacher.
-
Manaar helps individuals clear energetic blockages, offering a fresh vision of themselves through energy awareness, inner vibrational movement, and sound. She guides seekers to naturally release what longs to be set free, opening new ways of seeing and being.
-
Her work blends drumming, voice, and soul dancing with her experience as a Waldorf teacher and Judo expert. Through rhythm, chanting, and movement, Manaar creates a powerful energetic field that supports healing and transformation in community circles.
-
A dedicated teacher, healer, and musician, Manaar lived in Eastern and Western Jerusalem before moving to Northern California in 2006. There, she deepened her work in education, music, and peaceful activism.
-
After surviving the 2015 Valley Fire, Manaar founded Transformation by Fire, a nonprofit supporting fire survivors and those affected by climate and health crises. Through healing workshops, circles, and retreats, she helps people process trauma using meditation, breath work, sacred music, voice therapy, EFT tapping, and community connection.
-
Manaar’s energetic presence encourages clarity, openness, and self-discovery, reminding others that joy is always an option—even in hardship. Through her work, she helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and renewal.
