There is a great deal of distress in the world and in our local communities. Division and alienation are rampant. How can we honor our differences of culture, ancestry, and opinions, while at the same time tapping into the deeper currents of life that we are all connected to Manaar Azreik brings a unique approach to music, chanting, drumming, and sound healing that emerges from their Palestinian-Arab-Christian-Israeli, American Queer identity.. At this moment of crisis in Israel/Palestine, (and in many places throughout the world), Manaar offers tools for co-regulating our nervous system, and convert negativity to positivity while helping release toxicity from our bodies. In order to create a pathway for our ancestral emotions in a supportive environment and open our spirits to welcoming others in inclusive community.
